At ECO2, the safety and security of workers and community is our top priority.

The mining residues are currently in stable and uniform piles on the site, and can be easily collected and transported to the plant. To ensure we meet and event exceed current standards, ECO2 has put in place a series of comprehensive dus elimination and control technologies.

All soil and mining residues will be watered prior to being loaded and transported a short distance to the plant (less than 400 meters).

​Equipment and operator cabins will be sealed with air filtration.

Trucks loaded with wet tailings will be completely covered and never leave the industrial site.

​​The entire manufacturing process inside the ECO2 plant will be a wet process. No hazardous acids or agents or chemicals are ever used, thus removing any potential exposure for workers, or accidental releases to the environment.
